Free shipping to all UK destinations for orders over £50 and international orders over £150

NON-U.K. CUSTOMERS - Please check your countries import charges from the UK before placing your order. Your order may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. 

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS - to avoid unexpected import charges due to Brexit, please check locally what tariffs may be applied by your country on deliveries from the UK. These charges are the buyers’ responsibility to pay.



Your order will be shipped from Natasha's UK studio directly to you.
The delivery cost will be calculated at checkout based on the size of your order.
You will be sent confirmation of shipping once your order is sent.
Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly, as we can’t be held responsible for any undelivered parcels, or parcels delayed in transit, due to an incorrect address being provided.
Sometimes we send larger orders using different couriers, especially our XL art prints. Don't worry if smaller items on your order arrive separately - the rest of you order is on its way!

Delivery times

Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of the purchase date unless otherwise stated.

Orders going to the UK are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. 
  • Aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays.
  • Please allow up to 3 working days.
Orders for the rest of the world are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.
  • Europe delivery aim: 3-7 working days
  • Worldwide delivery aim: 6-10 working days
XL orders including our large art prints will be sent using Parcelforce.


We are sure you will love our Sunny Beast goodies, but if for some reason you’re not completely happy we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions of Return:

All products must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase so long as they are unused and in the original condition.

You will be responsible for return postage costs or exchange postage costs. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less any shipping costs) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Our returns policy is applicable to products purchased from only. If you purchased from a stockist, please contact them directly.

Damage or Defects

All orders are hand packed with care but in the unlikely event that your order has not arrived safely with you, or you are unhappy, please email us photographs at and we will do our best to fix it.
