Shipping + Returns

Due to the current COVID situation, you may experience a delay in receiving your order.

For NON-U.K. CUSTOMERS, Please check your countries import charges from the UK before placing your order! your order may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities.

For EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS, to avoid unexpected import charges due to Brexit, please check locally what tariffs may be applied by your country on deliveries from the UK. These charges are the buyers’ responsibility to pay.



Most of Sunny Beast products are hand picked and packed by Natasha Durley in Bournemouth but some items, like our T-shirts are printed and shipped from other locations in the UK. For this reason you may receive multiple item orders in different parcels.

Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly, as we can’t be held responsible for any undelivered parcels, or parcels delayed in transit, due to an incorrect address being provided.

Orders excluding T-shirts

Free shipping to all UK destinations for orders over £50 and international orders over £100
Products will be dispatched within 3 working days of the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
Orders going to the UK are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
Orders for the rest of the world are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.
XL orders will be sent Parcelforce. A tracking number will be emailed to on dispatch.
International orders will usually arrive within 10 working days. Covid is now increasing this slightly.

T-Shirt Orders

Our T-shirts are made-to-order so production starts in the seconds after your order has been placed. This means that almost all T-shirts will leave the UK factories next working day.
However, we aim for 3 working days for production and the following amount of time for delivery: UK 3 - 5 days, EU 5 - 10, International 10 - 20.

All orders are hand packed with care but in the unlikely event that your order has not arrived safely with you, or you are unhappy, please contact us here.
Postage can only be refunded if you have received an incorrect or damaged item.
If you notice that your order is damaged at delivery, please photograph the damaged packaging and products so we can see what went wrong, and arrange a replacement.
