Refund policy

We are sure you will love our Sunny Beast goodies, but if for some reason you’re not completely happy, you are entitled to a full refund (minus the postage) within 14 days of purchase, so long as the item is returned ‘as new’ in its original saleable condition

Conditions of Return:

• All products must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

• Orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase so long as they are unused and in the original condition.

• You will be responsible for return postage costs or exchange postage costs. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less any shipping costs) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3 working days.
