Refund policy

I want you to be happy with your Sunny Beast order. If something is not right, you can return most items within 30 days of receiving them for a refund.

Returns

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
• You pay the return postage.
• Once I have received and checked the return, I will refund you to your original payment method within 3 working days, minus the original outbound postage.

Framed and made-to-order prints cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.

This policy applies to orders from sunnybeast.com only. If you bought from a stockist, please contact them.

Damage or faults

Everything is packed with care. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email photos to shop@sunnybeast.com within 48 hours, and I will arrange a replacement. I aim to reply within 24 hours.
