This website and shop are operated by Durley Beast Ltd, trading as Sunny Beast (“we”, “us”, “our”). The site is hosted by Shopify.

By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Carrying on using the site after a change means you accept the new version.

1. Using the shop

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Do not use the shop for anything illegal, including copyright infringement. Do not introduce viruses or other harmful code.

We may refuse service or cancel an order if we have a good reason to, including suspected fraud or reseller bulk-buying.

2. Products and prices

Products may be limited in quantity. Colours on screen can differ from the printed piece.

Prices can change. We may withdraw a product at any time. If we have made a genuine pricing or stock error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Returns and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy.

3. Orders and payment

Please give accurate billing, shipping and contact details.

We may limit how many items one person or household can buy. If we change or cancel an order, we will contact you using the details you gave at checkout.

Payment is handled securely by Shopify and its payment partners.

4. Shipping

Delivery costs and timescales are shown at checkout and on our Shipping + Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave.

International orders may attract customs charges. Those are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Copyright and artwork

All artwork, images, text, product photos and other content on this website and our social media are owned by me / Durley Beast Ltd unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use the artwork, except for a personal record of something you have bought.

The use of my work, images, text or any other data from this website or my social media by generative AI models — including scraping, mining, training, fine-tuning or similar — is expressly forbidden.

6. Your messages and reviews

If you send ideas, reviews or other material, you grant us permission to use them in connection with the shop. Do not send anything unlawful, untrue or that belongs to someone else.

7. Third-party tools and links

The site may link to other websites or tools (including Shopify features, publishers or social media). Those have their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the site to break the law, harass anyone, infringe copyright, scrape or harvest data, send spam, or interfere with the shop’s security.

10. Liability

We take care over products and packing, but the shop and site are provided as they are.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Apart from that, we are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for indirect loss such as lost profit, arising from your use of the site or products, except as the law requires.

11. General

If one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the shop.

They are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers may also bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where they live.
