Where are your prints made?

Natasha has proudly partnered with theprintspace for our print orders.

theprintspace is the UK’s first fine art and photographic printing service that is 100% end-to-end carbon neutral.

With production in the UK & Germany, they guarantee no extra customs charges on UK-EU print-only or drop shipped framed orders!

How are your prints made?

Giclee prints are known for their extremely high level of quality, longevity and value compared to a standard print. Giclée, or Pigment Printing, use pigments instead of dyes which are archival and have a longevity of 200+ years.

We use 308gsm Hahnemühle Photorag. The paper gives muted blacks with even colour reproduction, and excellent detail. The surface has minimal texture with a chalky smooth cotton feel which creates smooth colour gradients. It has a delicate surface, so we recommend extra care when handling.

How should I handle my print once home?

Follow these steps:

Use clean, dry hands at all times to handle your print. Prepare a clean, dry, flat, hard surface, for laying the print out. Keep your new giclée print covered with the acid-free tissue paper provided. With the tissue paper still covering the print, place a few clean, flat and heavy objects, (i.e. books), on the ends and around the middle of the print. Let your print relax over-night before framing. Don’t use your hands to wipe off any dust, as this can damage the surface of the print. If needed, use a clean, dry, white lint-free cloth.

Do you supply your prints to galleries wholesale?

New Artwork Releases

How do I know when Natasha is about to release new artwork?

Prints are released in timed 'drops' throughout the year. After this time.

To stay informed about these release dates, be the first to see the artwork catalogue and have first access to items, remember to sign up to Natasha's mailing list.

Can I buy a print of an artwork not currently available?

Natasha releases artwork as prints periodically throughout the year and reserves the right to remove pieces from the shop at any time.

One off prints are usually not accepted but please email Natasha with your request as she may release your print if there are enough requests from collectors.

Can I follow Natasha's journey as she creates new work?

Framing

Where can I find frames for my prints?

If you like the fame style shown in the Sunny Beast photos, choose a slim oak frame with no mount.

Limited Budget | You can find inexpensive plexiglass frames for the sizes Natasha works in at IKEA, Desenio, Amazon etc.

If you are UK based, we recommend Picture Frame Express.

Larger Budget | We recommend you invest in a quality glass frame from our print shop or custom framing at your local framer.

For Dorset, UK-based customers, I highly recommend Flux Framing.

If you plan to hang your print near a window or light source, we highly recommend using anti-reflective glass.

Do you have advice if I'm going to a professional framer?

We recommend leaving the artwork in its original packaging/mailing tube and taking straight to your framer. They will be able to handle and flatten your artwork without you having to worry about re-rolling the print. This can prove tricky.

Personally, Natasha likes unmounted oak frames but this is personal preference.

Why aren't all your print sizes offered with the option of a frame?

Our 100x70cm and 90x90cm prints are too large for us to offer you framing. A bespoke frame would need to be made and shipping this would be very expensive.

It would be more cost effective for you to get custom framing at your local framer.

How are your other products made?

Cards | Printed on luxury FSC Mohawk Superfine & left blank on the reverse for your message. Every card comes paired with a 100% recycled envelope and held together with a removable card catch sticker.

Postcards | Printed on luxury acid-free 324gsm Mohawk Superfine and left blank on the reverse for your own message.

Washi Tape | Paper washi tape in a cardboard box. Non-toxic & fully recyclable.

How will these items be shipped to me?

These items will be shipped from Natasha's UK studio directly to you. For this reason they will arrive separate to unframed and framed prints.

Shipping for these items are FREE!

Please remember that international orders may be subject to import tax and duties

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship worldwide

Yes! Shipping rates will be applied at checkout and depend on the items you purchase. See our shipping policy here.

How will my items be shipped?

 

Your order may be shipped from different locations depending on the items you purchase. For this reason, don't worry if your order arrives in two parts. See below for details:

 

Cards, Postcards & Washi Tape | These items will be shipped from Natasha's UK studio. You will be sent confirmation of shipping once your order is shipped.

Prints & Framed Prints | These items will be produced and shipped from theprintspace (UK & Germany printing locations depending on your address). You will be sent a shipping confirmation email and your tracking number once your order is shipped.

 

Each print comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. This will be sent separately to you from Natasha's studio in the UK. For this reason, orders may come in two parts.

 

Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly, as we can't be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to an incorrect address being provided.

Can you tell me more about your returns policy?

Returns

We are sure you will love our Sunny Beast goodies, but if for some reason you’re not completely happy we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase (excluding framed prints), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping will not be covered by the business and charged to the customer. Once a return is received and found without damage your refund will be issued. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Defects

All orders are hand packed with care but in the unlikely event that your order has not arrived safely with you, or you are unhappy, please email us photographs at shop@sunnybeast.com and we will do our best to fix it. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like framed prints. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our returns policy is applicable to products purchased from sunnybeast.com only. If you purchased from a stockist, please contact them directly.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times apply once your order is dispatched. Please use the table below as a guide (based on courier's best-endeavours basis).

 

Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods may produce slightly longer delivery times.

Does Natasha take commissions?

Personal | Currently, Natasha does not take on any one-off personal commissions. The best way to secure an limited edition is to join her mailing list.

Commercial | Natasha has worked as a freelance illustrator for over 10 years, creating illustrations for many awesome brands.

Does Natasha create original pieces for purchase?

Although Natasha plans to create original pieces in the future, her current working process means the final artwork is created digitally so can only be released as print.

That being said, Natasha is planning to launch each collection with with limited edition artwork, carefully hand-finished and signed by Natasha. These will most likely be one-off editions, hand finished with ink and mixed media.

The mailing list is first to be notified of collection launches, so collectors can be ready for secure a piece at its release date and time.

How does Natasha create her artwork?

Her work begins away from her desk, getting messy with paper-cut shapes and mixed-media mark-making. Once all these elements are scanned, the final artwork is created digitally in Photoshop.
