Shipping policy

 

Your order may leave from more than one place, so it can arrive in more than one parcel. That is normal.

 

Where things ship from

• Unframed prints, cards, postcards, notebooks and washi tape ship from my UK studio.
• Framed prints are made to order and ship from Beyond Print in the UK. Please allow up to 10 working days before they go out.

You will get a shipping confirmation when each part of the order is on its way. Framed prints include tracking.

 

Cost

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order.

Please check the address carefully. I cannot take responsibility for parcels that go missing or are delayed because the address was wrong.

Larger items, especially XL prints, may travel with a different courier from the rest of the order.

 

Dispatch (working days)

• Cards, postcards, washi tape and notebooks: 1–2
• Unframed prints: 1–5
• Framed prints: up to 10

 

Delivery after dispatch

• UK: 1–2 days
• Europe: 2–4 days
• USA and Canada: 5–10 days
• Rest of the world: 10–14 days

These are guides. Bank holidays and busy periods can add a little time.

 

Customs

Orders ship from the UK. UK customers will not pay import charges. Customers outside the UK may have to pay local tax or duty; that is the buyer’s responsibility.
