Crows & Moon | Device Wallpaper

Add a touch of magic to your devices with Natasha's popular Supermoon. 

In folklore, crows and the moon entwine to evoke transformation, intelligence, mystery, and the ever-changing cycle of life and death.

With this piece, I wanted to use deep, dark colours that, in contrast, would help make the moon glow. I enjoyed adding touches of moonlight to the crow's feathers. 

The moon here is a blood moon (lunar eclipse), which occurs when the Moon passes through the Earth’s shadow, blocking direct sunlight from illuminating the Moon’s surface. However, some red light still reaches the surface indirectly, bathing the Moon in a reddish, yellow, or orange glow.  Many view a Blood Moon as a time of endings, transformation, and deep release, hidden truths surfacing, and cycles coming to a close.
